Pelletized Aluminium pigments(plastic and ink specific pigments)are made by removing excess solvent from aluminium paste,adding polymer and additives.The paste is extruded into granular or columnar aluminum pigments through a granulator.The aluminium content of pelletized alumini- um pigments is around 80%,and the remaining components are polymer and additives.Therefore,the pigments have good coverage,high whiteness and brightness,and are easy to disperse.

Notes
- Palletized aluminium pigment is not recommended to directly add injection molding,which may cause the uneven color distribution.
- Avoid'shearing with high speed to prevent damage to the pigment,resultingin pigments turning black.
