Resin-coated aluminum paste is also known as resin coated aluminium pigment.Because aluminum is a relatively active metal element,it is very easy to react with water,acid,and alkali.Therefore,aluminum paste requires special surface treatment to be applied to special require- ments systems(acid and alkali resistance,voltage resistance,and corrosion resistance).At present,the company's resin-coated aluminum paste has developed three different types of products:
1、Thin polymer resin coating,which has relatively excellent whiteness and brightness,acid and alkali resistance,and voltage resistance performance.
2、Standard polymer resin coating,where polymer monomers are polymerized in situ to form a protective layer on the surface of aluminum.This process produces products with superior performance(acid and alkali resistance,voltage resistance) compared to thin coating,but slightly lower whiteness and brightness.
3、Double layer resin coating,the surface of the aluminum is coated with organic and inorganic double layers,with excellent solvent resistance,and is widely used in the UVindustry.
